Mail Room and Purchasing Clerk

Holstein Association USA, Inc., the world's largest dairy cattle breed organization, is a dynamic organization that offers a friendly and exciting work environment. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Mail Room & Purchasing Clerk.

The successful candidate is responsible for the prompt and accurate processing of all mail room functions including receiving, sorting, distributing and mailing of all letters and packages, in addition to, purchasing of supplies, office equipment, and clothing, maintaining and monitoring inventory levels, receiving and verifying orders, and fulfillment of supplies requests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mailing, shipping, and purchasing. Previous work in a corporate office is strongly preferred. Experience with running mail room postage equipment is a plus. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word and have good communication skills. The applicant should be highly organized with strong attention to detail, be a professional and a team player. Valid, clean driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs. is required.

Regional Sales Representative

The successful individual will have proven sales ability, dairy cattle management experience, good understanding of Holstein genetics, effective organizational and time management skills, and be comfortable working with a variety of dairy producers. You will become a key part of our National Sales Team who focuses on helping dairy producers increase profitability using Holstein's services.

Customer Information Specialist

The successful HR Manager will provide overall strategic HR leadership to the company, managing human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and retention, legal compliance, and benefit and compensation administration.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, with a minimum of five years experience in human resources management. A bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources Management is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. JAVA Developer

Holstein Association USA, Inc., the world's largest dairy cattle breed organization, is a dynamic, innovative, growing organization located in Brattleboro, Vermont. We are currently seeking a Java Developer to join our Information Services Team.

The Java Developer is responsible for analyzing user specifications and requirements that reflect the business needs and delivering high-quality software solutions to meet those business needs. This individual must assist in design, develop, test, maintain and modify software programs according to specifications, verifying logic, perform necessary debugging, and writing related documentation.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree; and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience. Extensive experience in Java, J2EE, JEE technologies. Excellent working knowledge of front end technologies such as HTML, XHTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent working knowledge of MVC architecture and Struts, Spring MVC and JSF Frameworks, and Messaging and Web Services. Demonstrated experience developing, building, and deploying applications on Linux platforms.

Candidate must have the ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying excellent interpersonal and collaborations skills to achieve project goals and realize value. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills.
